Booking information

  • The prices given are per person, per day with 2-person occupancy in a double room or suite, and 1-person occupancy in a single room with half-board included.
  • All guests over 14 years will be charged a tourist tax equal to 2.00 € per person, per night. The price list does not include the tourist tax.
  • Minimum stay: Christmas makret weekends 2 nights, New Year's Eve 5 nights.
  • Supplementary charge for New Year’s Eve Dinner of 50.00 € per person.
  • Bed & breakfast: reduction 20.00 €.
  • Special prices for children in parents room: 0 – 2 years 25 %, with 2 people paying the full rate: 3 – 7 years 40 %, 8 – 16 years 60 %.
  • Third person in room: 80 %.
  • Dogs only on request (without food): 10.00 € per day.
  • Underground parking: 12.00 € per day.
  • Please note that smoking is not allowed on our premises.
  • E-bike rental: 10.00 € per day.

Firm Reservation

  • Cancellation is free of charge until 2 weeks before arrival for any reason. After that, you will be charged for 3 days of your stay.
  • With Italian legislative decree no. 197/2022, it is no longer permitted to pay cash sums of over 4.999.99 € in Italy. Payments can be made using the following methods: cash card, credit card, non-transferable cheque, bank transfer.
